Returns & refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because we ship living plants and perishable garden products, please read the timelines below carefully.
1. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within the timelines below with your order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging:

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
2. Non-returnable items
- Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect care, or improper storage after delivery.
- Live plants reported after the 24–48 hour window, as natural condition cannot be verified thereafter.
- Opened seed packets or used products, unless found defective on arrival.
- Clearance or clearly marked "no return" items.
3. How to request a return or refund
Email accounts@dramivoshop.store with your order ID, the item concerned, the reason, and supporting photos. Our team will guide you through pickup or replacement.
4. Refund method and timeline
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or to your bank/UPI for COD orders).
- Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Where a replacement is preferred and available, we will ship it at no extra cost instead of a refund.
5. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible; we will refund any prepaid amount in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
