How Dramivo Private Limited packs and ships nursery products across India from our registered office in Andheri, Mumbai.

1. Dispatch location

Orders are processed and dispatched from: Unit No. A-203, 204, Kotia Nirman Commercial Premises Co-op Society Ltd, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra 400053.

2. Delivery coverage

We ship to serviceable pin codes across India through courier and logistics partners. Some remote or restricted locations may not be eligible for delivery of live plants.

3. Processing time

• Orders are typically packed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Live plants and saplings may require additional handling time to ensure safe packing.
• During peak season or adverse weather, dispatch may take longer — we will notify you by email if there is a delay.

4. Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders: free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• COD orders: a handling charge may apply as shown at checkout.
• Any promotional free-shipping offers apply as displayed on the website at the time of order.

5. Estimated delivery time

Transit times are estimates and depend on the courier, weather and local conditions — especially for live plants.

6. Packaging

Seeds, tools and dry goods are packed in protective material. Live plants and saplings are packed with moisture retention and ventilation suitable for short transit.

7. Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details are shared by email where available. You can also use our Track order page with your order ID.

8. Failed delivery & address errors

Please ensure your delivery address and email are correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
