1. About us

This website is operated by Dramivo Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India. Registered office: Unit No. A-203, 204, Kotia Nirman Commercial Premises Co-op Society Ltd, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra 400053.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law to place orders on this website.

3. Products & pricing

• Product images are representative; live plants and seeds may vary slightly by batch and season.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors before accepting an order.
• Availability is subject to stock; we may cancel or partially fulfil an order if an item becomes unavailable.

4. Orders & payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment (prepaid) or order acceptance (COD). We accept UPI, cards and other methods shown at checkout. Email verification may be required before checkout is completed.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines and shipping charges are described in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns & refunds

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Agricultural products must be used in compliance with local laws and regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dramivo Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
